Covid-19 Vaccinations

  • Vaccinations with  Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna for all persons aged 16 and above (For 30 and above: Moderna)
  • Appointments can be booked via our online booking tool
  • Booster shots also available for all persons aged 18 and above

Booster shots

We now also offer booster vaccinations according to the recommendations of the STIKO. The current recommendations can be found on the website of the RKI.
You must bring your newly filled out forms with you when getting your booster shot.
Currently the rules regarding booster shots are as follows:
  • If you were previously vaccinated with the vaccine made by Johnson&Johnson a booster shot can be given after 4 weeks.
  • In all other cases a booster shot is only possible at least 3 months after your second vaccination möglich.
    Example: second vaccation occured on September 12th, 2021, then the booster shot can be given on December 12th at the earliest.

Paperwork

Please download the needed forms, fill them out and bring them with you to our general practice.

Vaccination

The vaccination takes place in our practice. You can book an appointment via our online booking tool.

Second vaccination

Following your first vaccination you will receive an appointment for your second vaccination.

If you don’t feel fit on the day of your vaccination, you should postpone getting your shot. Please be aware that no other vaccinations may be carried out within a two week window before and after your Covid-19 vaccination.

We provide the informational material about mRNA vaccines as well as the medical history and consent form for you to download.

Please download both and read them carefully. Please fill out the informational material form as well as the case history and consent form at home and bring both with you.
